Individual Coaching – A coach provides a supportive, inspiring and challenging environment that helps you realize your full potential. Individual coaching can be done over the phone or in person. Each session is one hour long; there are four sessions per month. A commitment of three months is recommended in order to see some true change, but usually you will see a shift in behavior patterns or thought processes within one month. Phone sessions are $400/month. In person sessions can be done in your office and are $500/month. Each month is to be paid in advance.

Professional Networking Coaching – 65% of jobs are gotten through networking. That old axiom that “if you’re not working you should be networking” is passé. The reality is that in order to advance in your career, find new job opportunities and stay informed about what’s going on in our rapidly changing industry, you need to be networking all the time.

Professional Networking Coaching is done in one session that lasts 2 hours long. We will define what networking is, and isn’t (there are a lot of misconceptions about networking!), create your personal introduction, set networking goals, identify who you want to target and where to find them, highlight ways to maximize your time spent networking and provide tips regarding following up. After this 2 hour face-to-face session we will have a ½ hour follow-up conversation over the phone. Total cost is $225.00

Creativity Coaching – Creativity Coaching is designed to help artists/performers in any media uncover and transcend their creative blocks, overcome resistance, and develop schedules and habits that foster their productivity. These same principles and challenges apply to anyone who tries to make meaning in their life and find enjoyment through creating, whether you are an artist or a business executive. Creativity Coaching is done via email exchanges and email live chats. Email exchanges are typically done once a week for $15/week or twice a week for $30/week. Live email chats are scheduled at times which are convenient for both of us, typically last for 20 minutes each and cost $30/each live email chat.
